I did my best to compartmentalize my nutrition system in writing -- the name, obviously: "Two Meal Muscle." Because, uhh, one of the principles is: eat two meals per day. And, well, "Two Meal Muscle" sound cool.
Alas, eating two meals is just one of the many components within my system, all of which come together and create a whole that's much greater than the sum of its parts.
This is why I need your help.
I need you to take a look at what I got, and then give me feedback on how to best present this information. In return for your generosity (and being able to pardon the dust), I'm going to show you how to take the tenants of Two Meal Muscle and apply them to your situation.
In other words, this {BETA} is personal coaching attention, without personal coaching pricing. This is why I'm restricting access to twenty people.
Here's how the process goes.
First, if you're one of the twenty, you'll get invited to a private Facebook group.

Second, I'll send you lessons every day, each of which will pertain to a component (or principle) that makes up Two Meal Muscle. You'll give me feedback on the lesson -- whether it makes sense, whether it might be better put elsewhere, and any other questions you have related to the material.
Please note: this will require daily interaction. If you aren't online often, this isn't for you.
Third, after all of the necessary lessons have been released, you'll send me some information about yourself, and how you plan on using Two Meal Muscle. I'll give you my feedback on your plan, and offer personalized suggestions. You can also ask any questions relating to Two Meal Muscle, and I'll personally respond.
Please note: the personal coaching ISN'T me building a custom diet for you, from the ground up. It's me taking the principles within Two Meal Muscle and applying/adapting them to your situation.

A few more notes....
1. If the name didn't give it away, this revolves around eating two meals per day. You don't absolutely HAVE to eat two meals (it can be adapted), but this is the bread and butter.
2. The two meal component is a microcosm of intermittent fasting, which is also an assumed component of this nutrition strategy. However, you don't absolutely HAVE to intermittent fast (it can be adapted).
3. This is a revised and updated version of The Chaos Bulk. The Chaos Bulk will be depreciated, taken over by Two Meal Muscle.
