This is a 30-minute phone call with me for $30. Topics of conversation can include:
- The skinny-fat transformation process
- Eating and exercising for fat loss and muscle growth
- Getting stronger and barbell/bodyweight programming
- Exercise technique and form checks
- Troubleshooting chronic aches and pains
- Working around (and fixing) injuries
I can only take calls during the following time slots:
TUESDAY thru THURSDAY
2:30pm EST
3:00pm EST
MONDAY & FRIDAY
11:30am EST
If you cannot make one of these times, please do not schedule.
You can find hundreds of different training programs and diets with a simple search. Gathering information isn't the hard part. The hard part is acting on the information.
If you're having trouble acting on information, your reflex will be to look for even more information. This is a problem.
Say you get a new boss. You know nothing about her. She hands you $100 and says, "Buy yourself an enjoyable lunch." You'll have tons of options, but you won't be paralyzed. You'll buy whatever satisfies your cravings.
On the other hand, if your new boss hands you $100 and says, "Buy me a lunch I will enjoy," you'll be paralyzed, even though you have the same number of options. You don't know what kind of food she likes. What if you make the wrong choice?
You don't need more choices.
You don't need more information.
You need causality.
Causality is clarity.
